I got this today, and was actually suprised at how big it was. I dumped out all the contents onto my bed and went at it! I was adding, rearranging, etc. The only thing i added was some Advil, zyrtec, a few 3"x3" dressings, and some vitamin supplements. It does take up quite a bit of space in a pocket, so I'd advise utilizing the MOLLE straps. For the price, you simply can't beat this!
