Custom Made GI Issue Dog Tags

Ordering Instructions:  We will emboss your tag with anything you wish us to put on it as long as it fits on the tag.  Maximum of 5 lines with 15 spaces or characters per line.   Only the following symbols are available / - , ' . Capital letters A thru Z and numbers 0 thru 9 only. Each tag can be embossed with different information is you so choose.  If you choose to have both tags embossed with the same information, as is done with issued dog tag sets, there is no need to fill out the "Tag #2" section. (Imprinted dog tag orders will NOT be accepted over the telephone. Orders for dog tags must be placed via the Internet through our shopping cart system, or by FAX, postal mail, or e-mail. No exceptions)  Dog tags are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Genuine military stainless steel identification plates will be embossed with the information that you supply. (Maximum of 5 lines with 15 spaces or characters per line.) Each set consist of two rolled edge stainless steel ID plates, a 24 inch neck chain and a 4.5 inch toe chain. 

Choose from the following styles:

►STANDARD GI ISSUE SET.
Includes a set of 2 Custom imprinted Stainless tags and 1 neck chain and 1 toe chain.

►BLACK COMMANDO DOG TAG SET.
Same as GI Issue Set, above, but are anodized black tags and chains.

►WW II STYLE NOTCHED DOG TAG SET.

Includes a set of 2 Custom imprinted Stainless tags and 1 neck chain and 1 toe chain.  These tags are produced using original specification blueprints form WWII.  All edges are rolled, even the notch! Authentic in every way, not even Uncle Sam will be able to tell these tags from original issue WWII tags.

Regulation Tags Require the following information, and in the following order:
LAST NAME
FIRST NAME,  MIDDLE INITIAL
SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
BLOOD TYPE 
RELIGIOUS PREFERENCE
