OUTER TACTICAL VEST (OTV). This Interceptor style vest accepts all Interceptor Body Armor (IBA) Small Arms Protective Inserts (SAPI). Outer Tactical Vest System includes: Vest, Detachable Collars, Throat, Shoulders, and Groin Protector. Heavy weight webbing over entire vest for modular pouches. Accepts up to 11" x 14" ballistic plate, front and back. (Plates is not included). All armor compartments (front, back & two side) have hook and loop panels to securely hold plates in position. Can be worn with or without armor. Includes removable closed cell foam pads that serve as armor templates to provide the proper look and feel of the vest when no actual armor or plates are being used. Hydration system compatible Emergency drags handle. Includes multiple MOLLE / PALS mounting straps. Two adjustable waist tension straps on each side. Size M/L and XL/XXL Color Black, Coyote Tan or Army Digital (ACU) New. Note: Vest does not offer any ballistic protection as plates and inserts are not included.
