The number one resource for information is the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention - BioTerrorism Preparedness and Response Web Site.  Two of the most comprehensive and straight forward articles that we have ever seen are: "Bio-Chemical Overview and Protecting Yourself" and "Setting the Nuclear Stage and Protecting Yourself" are presented by the website Millennium-Ark. You may also want to look at the chemical and biological information found at emergency.com. The Israeli Defense Force web site also has quite a bit of valuable information about "How To Protect Yourself". For current news reports about Bioterrorism, Yahoo has a section of their site specifically for information on Biological Weapons and Warfare.
