Instructions and Policies for Ordering

Methods of Ordering


We offer several methods of ordering for your convenience.

  • To place an order via our shopping cart system, all you need to do is click on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the item description and when you are ready to check out simply click on the "View Cart" or "Checkout" buttons located at the top right of the page and proceed with the checkout process. (Note: This method is SECURED and after your order has been placed you will receive an order number as confirmation of our receipt of the order.)

  • To place your order by phone:  For best service it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you simply place your order via our online shopping cart system and select "Phone Ordering" as the method of payment.  After your order has been submitted simply call (618) 655-0383, Tuesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Central Standard Time) with your order number and payment information. If you do not wish to use our shopping cart system please be sure to have item number(s) and description(s) when calling. Dog tag orders are not accepted via the phone.
  • To place your order by mail: Simply place an order via our shopping cart system and select "Check or Money Order via Mail" in the payment field and submit order, then print out your invoice which is sent to you via e-mail add your payment payment and mail it to the address below.  Another method to place a mai order is to fill out all information requested on our order form, and mail it to:

Payment may be made by: Visa, MasterCard, Discover / Novus , American Express, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, or wire Transfer

  • IMS-PLUS accepts PayPal on an order by order bases as certain products offered by IMS-PLUS are in violation of PayPal's policies. Upon review of your order we will contact payment information for PayPal.
  • We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
  • Orders paid for by personal check may be held 14 days for check clearance.
  • DO NOT send paper money, coins or stamps.
  • Wire Transfer payments are valid only for orders of $1000 or more.


Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or U.S. Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail, depending upon size, weight and delivery time whenever possible. UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Three Day Select delivery is available for all in-stock merchandise. Shipping charges are calculated real-time by our shopping cart system and are based on weight. IMS-PLUS is a stocking business, which means that we always try our best to keep an inventory of all
merchandise that we offer for sale. By operating this way it allows us to ship 90% of all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Due to the nature of this industry, and the tremendous volume of orders we are experiencing in today's uncertain times, it is impossible to keep all products in-stock at all times, especially "sized" items like clothing and boots, so we ask that you please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. 

IMS-PLUS will NEVER charge your credit card until the day your order is actually shipped. Your privacy is guaranteed when doing business with IMS-PLUS because we will never sell, rent, loan, or otherwise use or disclose your personal information to any other person or business.

IMS-PLUS does NOT backorder. We do our absolute best to try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt of the order.  If we are out of stock on any particular item ordered, we may hold your order for a later shipment as soon as the merchandise arrives (generally 7 to 10 days), or we may cancel your backorder balance and issue a refund (charge cards are not charged for merchandise not shipped). 

Due to manufacturing problems and market demand we ask that you allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. You may always request that a order be filled completely with no cancellations, or that your order be shipped with all available merchandise immediately. 

If you choose you can cancel your order any time before it is shipped for a full refund.

To check on the status of your order you can log on to your account to view its status. If you need to correspond with us concerning an order it is best is you initiate such correspondence via the "Start Communication" link located on the upper right corner of the Order Info page on your account. You can call (618) 655-0383 or preferably send us an e-mail at "CONTACT US" Page and we will be happy to assist you; however, we would like to stress that you allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

We have made every effort to insure that descriptions and prices are accurate; however, specifications, color, legal restrictions, availability and prices are subject to change at anytime without notice.



If you wish to cancel an order you are free to do so at anytime provided it has not already been shipped.  To cancel an order: Simply log in to your account and cancel via the 'Communication' section at the bottom of the order detail page.  A second method of cancellation would be to call 618) 655-0383 during business hours, to receive voice confirmation. 

In the event that an order has shipped and you still wish to cancel the order you can refuse delivery of the shipment and have it returned to us, once we receive the package we will  issue a refund minus shipping charges.

Packages that are returned to IMS-PLUS due to delivery refusal or undeliverable address will be immediately refunded for the cost of merchandise only. Shipping charges will NOT under any circumstances be refunded.


IMS-PLUS is happy to ship to all APO and FPO address as well as most countries. Please consult our Shipping Policy section. for more information concerning International shipping.  Due to US and International law certain items are not allowed to be shipped out of the United States of America, in the event that an item is ordered that cannot be shipped out of the USA we will delete that item form the order and notify you. Payment MUST be made in the form of US Dollars.

Shipping Rates: Due to the fact that rates are determined by both weight and size of the package as well as destination the rate that is calculated by our shopping cart system is just an estimate and may not necessarily be accurate. IMS-PLUS will contact you with the actual shipping charge and available delivery methods for your approval prior to shipping your order. You will not be charged for any part of your order until shipping approval has been given by you.


If merchandize shipped by parcel post is received damaged, follow the instructions below:

1. Write "Damaged Goods" on all delivery receipts.
2. Notify you local postmaster immediately. Your report should be acknowledged in writing.
3. Return the acknowledgement, damaged goods, letter of explanation and a copy of you order form to IMS-PLUS for processing.

If merchandize shipped by UPS is received damaged, follow the instructions below:

1. Write "Damaged Goods" on all delivery receipts.
2. Notify your local UPS customer service representative and follow instructions furnished by them.
3. UPS will handle your claim. You may contact us for assistance, however DO NOT return your package to us.


Follow the instructions below for all items returned for any reason:

Any merchandise returned for any reason, must be received in the same condition as it was shipped. That is it must be in 100% resalable condition with all product packaging. Under no circumstances will IMS-PLUS accept merchandise that has been laundered, or has been used to the extent that it can no longer be considered as being new merchandise, this includes but is not limited to merchandise that is covered with animal hair. If used merchandise or merchandise that has delivered beyond 30 days is returned to IMS-PLUS we will promptly ship it back to you and charge you for return shipping!

1. Repack the item carefully.

2. Include a copy of your sales receipt and a note indicating your reason for return and instructions as what you would like us to do (i.e. - Refund, Exchange*, etc.) with your package. If you paid via credit card please be sure to enclose your card number and expiration date with your return in order to insure quick and accurate processing.

*Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged return shipping. Merchandise returned for refund will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

3. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods at the delivery address. NO EXCEPTIONS!

4. Ship your package to IMS-PLUS, insured and freight prepaid for processing.


G.P. Large, G.P. Medium, G.P. Small tents, Stiner Binoculars, Night Vision Equipment, Bushnell Laser Rangefinders, MRE's, Food rations, First Aid materials, Gas Masks, Gas Mask Filters, and NBC/MOPP Suits, Video Tapes, CD's, and Cadence Tapes are Non-returnable.

Dealer Discounts

Discounts are available on most items when purchased in quantity. Please contact  "CONTACT US"  and provide or specific information for a price quote.   

Discounts will NOT be quoted over the phone.

Items sold at discounted prices are not bound by our 30 day money back guarantee. Prices are quoted on quantity requested, and are valid ONLY for that quantity. Dealer samples and/or orders for less than quoted quantity will be billed at full advertised retail price.


We have taken every precaution to supply accurate descriptions and illustrations of items available in our catalog. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors and manufacturers' minor design, specifications and color changes.  Although we make every attempt to maintain adequate stocks at all times, many of our items are extremely difficult to obtain. If we cannot ship your order completely in a reasonable time, we will notify you. We do have additional items available in our store that are not listed in this catalog due to insufficient quantity or sporadic availability. Please call or e-mail us with your specific needs.

IMS-PLUS will NOT sell or use your personal information in any manner, other to process your order or to receive periodic mailings from us.


It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not IMS-PLUS, or its principles) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal, and interntional laws in regards to possession and use of any items that are offered for sale by IMS-PLUS, or its principles. Consult local, state, and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. In addition, the Buyer assumes all liability concerning the use or misuse and or possession of products offered for sale by IMS-PLUS, or its principles. IMS-PLUS and its principles shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or possession of the products are offered for sale.

Orders placed via the internet will receive an order number and an automated e-mail confirmation receipt; however, all orders are subject to the acceptance and approval of IMS-PLUS and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any and all orders at anytime prior to the actual time of shipment of an order.

IMS-PLUS has a 'zero tolerance' policy which means that any person representing IMS-PLUS has full authority to cancel any order and to refuse to conduct business with any person or company at anytime without reason. Once this action has been taken it is non-reversible any outstanding order(s) will be immediately canceled, and the customer will be banned from doing business with IMS-PLUS.

We have made every effort to insure that descriptions and prices are accurate; however, specifications, color, legal restrictions, availability and  prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. In the event that a change of price and/or description is found to be necessary after IMS-PLUS has received an order we will notify you of the change and request that you either approve of the action or that you cancel the item.
