Custom Made Red Medical Dog Tag

RED MEDICAL ALERT TAG.  Red aluminum tag used to indicate medical conditions. Custom embossed. Chain not included.

Ordering Instructions:   Maximum of 5 lines with 15 spaces or characters per line. Only the following symbols are available / - , ' . Capital letters A thru Z and numbers 0 thru 9 only. If you choose to have both tags embossed with the same information there is no need to fill out the "Tag #2" section. (Imprinted dog tag orders will NOT be accepted over the telephone. Orders for dog tags must be placed via the Internet through our shopping cart system, or by FAX, postal mail, or e-mail. No exceptions)  Dog tags are non-returnable and non-refundable.
