The bag is tough after you wash/wet it. The original design of these packs had ties on the storm flaps. Here the storm flaps aren't very useful and sometimes the contents are unsecured. Fits two 500 mL water bottles plus a good deal of small gear. These bags aren't perfect, but they're certainly worth the price.

When I first received the bag, it looked too small to be of any real value, but looks can be deceiving! The main compartment can really hold a lot of gear for such a small space, and the bag looks like it will stand up to a beating. Overall, a great bag for a really great price.
